Executive Operations & Strategic Growth
As General Manager of Condor Cargo, Mike Eriksen oversees all strategic developments, operations, and multi-site facility expansion. With over 23 years in the global freight forwarding and logistics sector, Mike has amassed extensive technical knowledge in ocean freight consolidation, intermodal brokerage, and warehouse automation.
Under his leadership, Condor Cargo expanded from a single 40,000 sq. ft. depot into multiple operational hubs totaling over 90,000 sq. ft. of secured warehousing across key U.S. freight corridors. He transformed Condor Cargo into four specialized divisions powered by a team of dedicated logistics professionals. Outside of logistics management, Mike serves as Vice President of the Belmont Shore Rugby Club, where he has coached and mentored players for over two decades.
Intermodal Transport & Port Transloading Specialist
Dernesha Bailey holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Supply Chain Management from California State University, Long Beach. She is a CargoWise Certified Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, offering over a decade of specialized expertise in port drayage, intermodal trucking, and transloading management.
At Condor Cargo, Dernesha directs daily container devanning, palletization, and cross-docking operations. Her team manages the rapid transfer of ocean containers arriving through the Ports of LA and Long Beach into nationwide truckload networks. Her Lean Six Sigma focus ensures strict demurrage prevention, real-time shipment monitoring, and optimized freight handling for international B2B clients.
CCSF Air Cargo Operations & Account Compliance
Bruce Yun joined Condor Cargo as a Compliance Coordinator before rising to Manager of External Client Operations for the Air Export division. A native of Long Beach, California, Bruce holds a strong background in TSA-regulated Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) procedures, Unit Load Device (ULD) buildup, and direct airline linehaul integrations out of LAX.
Bruce pioneered dedicated regional trucking lanes and secondary shift scheduling at Condor Cargo, reducing turnaround times for high-priority international air shipments. Beyond his professional achievements, Bruce captained the CSULB Rugby team and plays professionally in Major League Rugby for Los Angeles.
Ocean Cargo Terminal Operations & Warehouse Leadership
Filipo Robertson brings 24 years of hands-on aviation and ocean terminal management experience to Condor Cargo. Having previously served as Terminal Manager for major Air Import/Export carriers at LAX, Filipo now directs all ocean warehouse operations and export container loading.
Filipo’s leadership emphasizes precision cargo staging, hazmat compliance, and efficient loading techniques that maximize container space while preventing transit damage. His strong team culture ensures fast-paced dock turnaround and reliable service for global buyers shipping through Southern California gateway terminals.
